A complicated and cluttered pay stub can lead to a flood of questions being handled by your Human Resource Manager. Net Pay's detailed, but simple pay stub reports the information your employees need in a format that can be easily understood.
· Your company's name, address, and phone numbers will appear in the upper left hand corner of the pay check. Upon request, your company logo can be easily added to appear as well.
· If your employee has direct deposit, his bank information will be displayed over the signature area. When more than one account is elected for deposit, it will show the distribution between accounts. For security purposes, only the last four digits of each bank account will be visible.
· The top of the pay stub defines the pay period being paid and the check date, along with the employee's location, department, division, job title, and class.
· The Pay To section of the pay stub lists the employee's full name, address, employer number, and social security number. For security purposes, only the last four digits will be displayed.
· The Tax Set Up section lists each tax, your employee's marital filing status for each tax, the number exemptions they are claiming, and any extra withholding your employee has elected for us to withhold in addition to the tax we calculate per pay period.
· The Pay section of the pay stub provides a detailed listing of the hours/units paid and the hourly rate assigned to for these hours/units. In situations where an employee is paid more than one hourly rate, it will display each hourly rate used for that pay period.
· The Time Off Accrual section will show your employees how many hours they have used for vacation, sick, or personal time, and the amount available for use currently.
· The Tax section of the pay stub provides a detailed listing of taxes withheld for that pay period and a year to date summary for each tax.
· The Benefits section allows you to show your employees the benefit they may not realize they are receiving. This is most commonly used to show the employer contribution to a 401K or SIMPLE IRA plan; however we can also display the amount of health insurance the company pays on behalf of an employee.
· The Deductions section of the pay stub provides a detailed listing of employee deductions, which can included both voluntary items, such as health insurance, and court ordered garnishments, such as child support. This also provides a year to date balance for each deduction.
· The Notes section is where you can inform your employees regarding upcoming projects, company events, or just thank them for the great work they do.
Many areas of this pay stub are customizable, so don't be afraid to ask us about what options we have available for your company.
